Acceptable Use Policy

This policy covers everything you upload to or create with NeatPix. It is part of our terms of service.

Not allowed

You may not use NeatPix to upload, restore, edit or generate:

• sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, nude or other adult (NSFW) content;
• any sexual content involving minors;
• intimate images of anyone shared without their consent;
• violent, hateful or harassing content;
• images meant to impersonate, deceive or defame a real person;
• anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to use.

How we enforce it

Our AI provider screens every photo and rejects unsafe ones. Rejected runs cost no credits, and repeated rejections pause the tool for that account.

We may block requests, delete files and suspend or close accounts that break this policy. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

About our AI

NeatPix is an independent service. Results are created by third-party AI models through fal.ai; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them or by the companies that make the models. AI can change details, so check results before you use them.
